Amora is an entertainment and self-reflection experience. It is not professional relationship, medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and it is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional. Any score, insight, reflection, or suggestion produced by Amora is generated for enjoyment and gentle conversation only. Do not rely on Amora to make important decisions about your relationship, health, or wellbeing. If you are experiencing distress, please contact a qualified professional or a local support service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using Amora you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. How Amora works

Amora invites two partners to reflect privately through a guided conversation. Once both partners complete their reflections, Amora generates a personalized compatibility report. The Service is a digital product delivered instantly online — there is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

4. Payments

Certain features, including unlocking your full report, require a one-time payment. Prices are shown before checkout and may vary by region. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; by paying, you also agree to that provider's terms. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

5. Refunds

Amora unlocks digital content instantly, so all payments are final and non-refundable. In genuine cases — such as a technical failure on our side that prevented your report from being delivered — we may review your situation at our sole discretion. 6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose;
• Submit content that is abusive, hateful, harassing, or that violates the rights of others;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• Use the Service to impersonate another person or to invite someone without their consent.

7. Your content

The reflections you write remain yours. By using the Service, you grant Amora a limited license to process your responses solely to operate the Service — for example, to generate your report. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

Amora, its name, design, content, and software are owned by Amora and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any insight it provides is accurate or suitable for your circumstances.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amora and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made in reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Amora operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located there.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
